What this site does with your information.
No advertising pixels, no cross-site trackers, no data bought about you before you write to us. This page says exactly what the brief form collects, who reads it, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted.
What this notice covers
This notice explains what Appsierra Group does with personal information collected through www.appsierragroup.com — this website and nothing else. Each operating company runs its own products and publishes its own notice: Appsierra at appsierra.com, Gigde at gigde.com, and Pitch N Hire at pitchnhire.com, along with the product sites those companies operate. If you signed into one of those products, that product's notice governs, not this one.
This site is a corporate site. It has no login, no account, no shopping basket and no advertising. The only information you can hand it is the brief form on the home page and on the contact page.
What we collect, and only that
What you type into the brief form. Your name, your work email, the one-line goal you describe, and any of the interest tags you select. Nothing on the form is inferred and nothing is pre-filled.
Ordinary server logs. Our host records the request: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, the referring page and the user-agent string. These are the records every web server keeps in order to serve pages and absorb abuse.
One preference in your own browser. If you switch the site between the dark and light palettes, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key asg-theme, and a dismissed banner is recorded in session storage. Neither is a cookie, neither is sent to us, and neither leaves your device. Clearing site data removes both.
We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers or fingerprinting on this site, and we do not buy or enrich contact data about you before you write to us.
Why we hold it
The brief form exists so a senior lead can reply to you. We use what you send to understand the request, route it to whichever of the three companies is the right one, and answer — usually within one business day. That is a legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated; where consent is the correct basis in your jurisdiction, submitting the form is that consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete the record.
Server logs are kept to operate and secure the site: to serve pages, diagnose faults and identify abusive traffic. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry goes to the people who need to answer it — a senior lead in the relevant company and the person who coordinates the response. It is not circulated more widely and it is not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.
We use a small number of processors to run the site and our own mail: a static hosting provider, a transactional email provider and our internal CRM. Each is bound to process data only on our instructions. We will name the current processors in writing on request — write to hello@appsierragroup.com and ask.
We disclose information to a public authority only where the law compels it, and we will tell you unless we are legally barred from doing so.
Where it goes
Appsierra Group delivers from India and works with clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and India. An enquiry may therefore be read by colleagues outside your own country. Where personal data moves out of the UK or the European Economic Area we rely on the appropriate safeguards for that transfer, including standard contractual clauses with the receiving party.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not become a conversation is deleted within twelve months. An enquiry that does become a client relationship is retained for the life of that relationship and then for as long as we are required to keep commercial records. Server logs are rotated within ninety days.
If you ask us to delete your record sooner, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, write to hello@appsierragroup.com. We answer within thirty days. We do not charge for this and we do not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and the change is described here rather than made quietly. This version was published on 4 September 2026.
